Terms of Use
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of generalautomationworks.com. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate services agreement, which controls if the two conflict.
1. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using the site
- You may read the site, share links to it, and use its forms for their purpose: contacting us about your business.
- You may not scrape, crawl for bulk collection, probe, overload, or interfere with the site, or submit forms on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.
3. Content and trademarks
The text, photographs, graphics, and code on this site belong to General Automation Works or to the parties who licensed them to us. Names and logos of third-party tools, such as Notion, Slack, and Claude, belong to their owners and appear only to identify the tools we work with. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
4. No contract, no guarantee
- Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of results. An engagement begins only when a services agreement is signed.
- The assessment report is our view of your business from the answers your team gives. It is advice, not a promise of results.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
